Anna's Nails Room Reviews

I have been coming here for a couple years thanks to a recommendation of a friend for Anna's meticulous work and great detail with painting, design, and shape of the nails. I am a regular client who books a fill and pedicure regularly. I am a very easy going person who books plain colors and am the person who will say she likes her nails even if the color isn't the one you picked once they start painting your nails. (which with Anna never happens fyi) Certain things that would normally turn people away like the massage chairs not working, the cleanliness of high touch surface areas and the reuse of disposable tools like files and foot scrubbers or the uncomfortable gaming chairs, did not bother me because my nails always looked great when Anna would do them for me! Unfortunately the last time I went while Anna was away I had another tech do my nails and toes. It was a frustrating experience a little, and maybe its on me for not being clear. However I wasn't asking for anything outside a plain color and round nails. when I got into the pedicure chair I could tell the tech was frustrated lol and so was I but not only did she finish it in 20 mins she also was splashing water up my legs...I totally understand everyone has their days but when my services are upwards of 100$ every few weeks, I was disappointed. With the cleanliness of the salon and how the last appointment went unfortunately I wont be coming back to this salon.

I have been getting my nails done at Anna’s ever since she opened the salon. She does amazing designs and nail sets. However the cleanliness since she opened had not been up-kept and it’s gotten quite bad. The whole place is covered In dust. There is dirty hand marks on polish drawers and the white chairs the nail techs sit in. Food and sauce splatter is visible on the walls of what I assume is the lunch/break room. The spot where you slide your hand into the nail light is filthy. I noticed that specifically when I went last and I didn’t even want to put my hand in there. For this reason I won’t be continuing to get my nails done here.

I had my graduation coming up and decided to get my nails done by Anna, she was very detailed when it came to narrowing down what I wanted from the design, colours, shapes and style, even suggesting some inspo pictures to choose from. Her intricate skills left the many people (teachers and principal) that shook my hands at the ceremony in awe! I have recommended her to many of my other friends who also loved the nails❤️ The nails are gorgeous and sturdy, still going strong after a hectic grad night and a full weekend of camping! Safe to say, Anna is unmatched!!!

A odd experience. As a new client I read the great reviews and the reasonable prices. I booked a same day appointment and it was confirmed via email. I went in person on time and when I walked in, I repeated who I was and my appointment time x2 and was just told to sit down. 15 mins into my appointment time, the two women who were working didn’t seem to be finishing anytime soon. I chose to walk-out because I felt my time was not respected. FYI - this is not a boutique nail salon, it is a regular walk-in only type salon. Would not recommend because I was just left to wait with no expectation of when my confirmed appointment was to start.

Anna is the best nail tech in the entire world. My nails are PERFECT every single time- and I am incredibly picky. I used to go to an upscale nail salon downtown, but my girlfriend recommended Anna to me and I couldn’t be happier! Not only are her prices SO LOW the quality of her work is 10/10. I drive over an hour to have my nails done by Anna because it’s worth it! Thank you so much Anna! I should mention too, I am incredibly hard on my nails (and I get them quite short) but they will last at least a month!
