Anna's Nails Room

I have been coming here for a couple years thanks to a recommendation of a friend for Anna's meticulous work and great detail with painting, design, and shape of the nails. I am a regular client who books a fill and pedicure regularly. I am a very easy going person who books plain colors and am the person who will say she likes her nails even if the color isn't the one you picked once they start painting your nails. (which with Anna never happens fyi) Certain things that would normally turn people away like the massage chairs not working, the cleanliness of high touch surface areas and the reuse of disposable tools like files and foot scrubbers or the uncomfortable gaming chairs, did not bother me because my nails always looked great when Anna would do them for me! Unfortunately the last time I went while Anna was away I had another tech do my nails and toes. It was a frustrating experience a little, and maybe its on me for not being clear. However I wasn't asking for anything outside a plain color and round nails. when I got into the pedicure chair I could tell the tech was frustrated lol and so was I but not only did she finish it in 20 mins she also was splashing water up my legs...I totally understand everyone has their days but when my services are upwards of 100$ every few weeks, I was disappointed. With the cleanliness of the salon and how the last appointment went unfortunately I wont be coming back to this salon.

I have been getting my nails done at Anna’s ever since she opened the salon. She does amazing designs and nail sets. However the cleanliness since she opened had not been up-kept and it’s gotten quite bad. The whole place is covered In dust. There is dirty hand marks on polish drawers and the white chairs the nail techs sit in. Food and sauce splatter is visible on the walls of what I assume is the lunch/break room. The spot where you slide your hand into the nail light is filthy. I noticed that specifically when I went last and I didn’t even want to put my hand in there. For this reason I won’t be continuing to get my nails done here.

I had my graduation coming up and decided to get my nails done by Anna, she was very detailed when it came to narrowing down what I wanted from the design, colours, shapes and style, even suggesting some inspo pictures to choose from. Her intricate skills left the many people (teachers and principal) that shook my hands at the ceremony in awe! I have recommended her to many of my other friends who also loved the nails❤️ The nails are gorgeous and sturdy, still going strong after a hectic grad night and a full weekend of camping! Safe to say, Anna is unmatched!!!
